Precision Plant Systems is offering an entry-level hand-held
computer package for our cost-conscious customers. The
package consists of a refurbished ASUS A696 MyPal PDA (with all the
necessary specifications to run the CropIQ Field Recorder and other
popular mobile asset management programs - Windows Mobile 6.X,
GPS and Bluetooth) in an ultra-rugged OtterBox. Also
includes accessories.
This is a cost-effective and rugged entry-level system for
running the CropIQ crop scouting Field Manager mobile
software. Trade-offs include battery life, lack of camera and
some inconvenience from the PDA being inside the otterbox for
field-ruggedness.
